This primer/surfacer is polyester, high filling product.

It is easy to apply and gives high durabillity and appearance.
This surfacer should only be used over well sanded/scuffed and degreased primed bare steel, well sanded GRP, polyester fillers, OEM primer and old paint finishes that are in good condition.
Not only is it very easy to sand but can also be used wet-on-wet.
