Delivery

We endeavour to ship all orders the same working day that we receive payment, orders received after 3pm may take an extra day.

Orders are shipped via courier or in some cases delivered by our own fleet of vans. By accepting our terms and conditions of sale you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the courier we use. If you have any special instructions related to delivery, please add these in the order comment box on the checkout page. We will always pass these instructions on to the courier but cannot guarantee that they will be acted on as each courier has its own policy.

Delivery charges include handling and packing fees as well as all postage costs.

Delivery charges vary according to the value of the total order and we advise you to group your items in one order to reduce charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees (if applicable) will apply to each of them.

UK Mainland

All delivery charges are based on shipping to the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands of Scotland.

Our standard fee is £4.95 on all orders up to £100. Delivery is free on orders over £100.

Scottish Highlands

Due to additional carrier charges for shipping to the Scottish Highlands, please ensure that you choose this delivery option during checkout for delivery to these areas.

Our standard fee is £12.55 on all orders up to £100. Delivery is half-price on orders over £100.

Large and fragile items

Certain large or fragile items will incur additional delivery costs, these will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Additional charges

In certain rare and unusual instances, the delivery charge may not cover our costs. Within reason, we will bear this cost ourselves however it may become necessary to pass this cost on to you. If this is the case we will contact you and agree on the charges before any actions are taken. If you do not want to pay the additional charges, we will refund you in full.

Postcode Zones

Please see the table below for our shipping zones.

If your postcode is in zones A or B then this counts as the UK Mainland for calculating delivery charges.

If your postcode is in zones C or D then this counts as the Scottish Highlands for calculating delivery charges. Please choose the correct postage option at checkout as we will not be able to fulfil your order until the full postage has been paid.

Since the 1st of January 2021, we are no longer able to ship to the Republic of Ireland or any other destination in the EU.
