What Does Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel Do?

This tyre gel keeps tyres black with a rich, high gloss. This finish is protected in any weather and stays even through rain and repeat washing. The application also allows for varying levels of shine, based on preference. This is the perfect product to make your tyres look brand new.

Step 1: Preparing Your Tyres

Before applying, you should make sure your tyres are clean and dry. You can do this by using a multi-purpose car cleaner, water and a sponge.

Wash the entire surface of the tyre with water first to get rid of any easy-to-remove mud or grime and go over with the cleaner and microfibre cloth to get any tougher grime. Then, give a final once-over with water to remove any residual cleaner.

Dry with a drying cloth.

Step 2: Application

The application process is quick and simple, minimising overspray and drips. Simply take an applicator pad, apply the gel onto it, and rub it into the tyre. Spread the gel evenly, back and forth, overlapping a couple of times.

You don’t need to apply a lot of gel onto the pad, just enough to cover the whole surface. Using the right amount is the best way to prevent slinging. If you’re not sure how much gel to apply, remember you can always add more, so start with a little and build your way up.

Remove any excess gel from the grooves in the tyre.

For more shine, repeat this step ten minutes after your first application.

For less shine, wipe the tyre with a clean microfibre cloth immediately after application.

Re-apply every few weeks as needed for the best results.
