3M OEM Match Sprayable Tips, (10 Nozzles)

These tips assist in replicating the factory look of several robotically-applied, spray-on OEM seam sealer beads using 1K 3M seam sealer products.

They are suitable for use on body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments, as well as trunk and cargo spaces.

The tips connect directly to seam sealer packaging and enable technicians to control the shape and texture of the bead by adjusting the air pressure to the applicator and the material flow rate.

They can spray a wide range of products with different chemistries and viscosities.

Compatible with the 3M OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit, these tips allow many traditional applicators to facilitate spray application.

Each tip features a threaded connector, is part of the 3M OEM Match family of tips and sealants, and enables technicians to quickly replicate OEM seam sealer beads.
